This is a vertical takeoff and landing airframe that can be powered by various power sources including electric. It is designed to save onboard battery power by taking off using electric power from a source that is not onboard and it will produce more lift than any comparable size helicopter on the market. It then converts to fixed wing mode by simply lowering the collective.
