My innovation is a pre-seed, pre-Series A circular insulation concept that I am developing to test commercial and technical viability. I am exploring how waste tyres, which are a negative-cost waste stream, can be converted into modular, low-cost insulation bricks for new-build and social housing. By linking the tyre recycling market with construction, the concept aims to deliver insulation that is 30–40% cheaper than conventional materials while remaining compliant with fire, moisture, and thermal regulations. At this stage, the focus is on prototyping, testing, and validation rather than scale. The goal is to prove performance, regulatory feasibility, and market acceptance before seeking larger investment or moving towards Series A.
