I am creating an app specifically catering to felons for searching for employment. I have started integrating never before seen functions, and services that can be useful to more than felons. However felons are an underserved group of people that can have many useful skills and talents that remain untapped due to the stigma around felonies. I believe that if they want to work, they deserve to have lawful and gainful employment.
