INSPIRED Innovation Contest – Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 27 September 2025
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the INSPIRED Referral Program (“Program”) offered by AVASTRA AG (“INSPIRED”), Seestrasse 77, 8703 Erlenbach, Switzerland.
How to Join the Contest:
1. Create an account (personal Profile).
2. Create a page for your company or project (you can do this from the left-side menu).
3. Make your first post — this is where you showcase your innovation in a visual way, usually through an explanatory introductory video.
4. Once you have uploaded your first post, your page will be reviewed by our team. Shortly after, you should receive your Innovator Verification Badge (orange badge). Once verified, you are automatically entered into the contest; no further steps are needed.
5. The contest is based on community voting, the winner with most votes (note: not upvotes) wins. Every verified user on INSPIRED can vote for you, both from your profile and the main Innovator Feed.
Contest participants agree to the following:
1. Organizer
- The contest (“Contest”) is organized by AVASTRA Ltd., operating under the brand INSPIRED, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
2. Eligibility
- Open to verified innovators on INSPIRED.
- Participants must be 18+.
- Contest is void where prohibited by law.
3. Contest Period
- Runs from 1 October 2025 (00:00 CET) to 12 February 2026 (23:59 CET).
- Votes outside this period will not count.
4. Voting
- Only unlocked users may vote.
- Each user may cast one active vote per contest participant (they can unvote/change once).
- INSPIRED may audit and remove fraudulent votes at its discretion.
5. Winner & Prizes
- Winner = innovator with the most valid votes at the end of the Contest.
- In a tie, INSPIRED may name multiple winners or apply tie-break rules.
- Prizes are non-transferable and winners are responsible for any taxes.
- The cash grant will be processed promptly following the announcement of the results. Depending on the recipient’s geography and banking arrangements, it may take up to 60 days for the funds to be fully credited to the winner’s bank account.
6. Rights of INSPIRED
- INSPIRED may use winners’ name, profile, and project details for promotion.
- INSPIRED may disqualify participants who break rules, cheat, or act against INSPIRED’s values.
- INSPIRED may suspend, change, or cancel the Contest if necessary (fraud, technical issues, force majeure).
7. Liability
- INSPIRED is not liable for technical issues, lost votes, or other disruptions, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Data Protection
- Voting data will be processed only for running the Contest, in line with Swiss and EU data protection laws (GDPR).
8. Governing Law
- Contest governed by Swiss law.
- Any disputes are handled by the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
