INSPIRED Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 18 Feburary 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the INSPIRED Referral Program (“Program”) offered by AVASTRA AG (“INSPIRED”), Seestrasse 77, 8703 Erlenbach, Switzerland.

By joining the Program, participants agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.
  • The Program is void where prohibited by law.
  • INSPIRED may request proof of eligibility at any time.

2. Rewards

  • Participants earn a cash reward for each qualified innovator referral.
  • The rate at the time of verification determines the reward.
  • The current rate is €200.
  • Rates may increase or decrease with updates.
  • A referral is “qualified” when the invited innovator:
    1. Creates an Innovator Page,
    2. Publishes a project post within two (2) weeks, and
    3. Receives the orange Innovator Verification Badge from INSPIRED.
  • Rewards are paid via bank transfer, after INSPIRED contacts the participant to collect details.

3. Limits & Fair Use

  • No self-referrals or creation of fake/multiple accounts.
  • If multiple users claim the same referral, the reward goes to the user whose referral code was used at sign-up.
  • To ensure fairness and sustainability, INSPIRED may set reasonable limits on payouts or participation. Any such limits will be communicated in the Referral Section of the app.

4. Verification

  • All referred innovators must meet INSPIRED’s Impact Framework:
    1. Solution for a global challenge (aligned with SDGs),
    2. Disruption & uniqueness,
    3. Scalable impact & sustainability.
  • INSPIRED reserves the right to deny or revoke verification if these criteria are not met.

5. Termination & Fraud

  • INSPIRED may suspend or terminate participation for fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
  • Misuse of the Program (spam, misleading invites, or harmful conduct) voids rewards.
  • Participants may withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying INSPIRED.

6. Taxes

  • Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in their country of residence.

7. Liability & Changes

  • INSPIRED may modify or terminate the Program at any time, with changes effective upon posting in the Referral Section of the app.
  • INSPIRED is not liable for:
    • Banking delays or errors,
    • Legal restrictions in a participant’s country,
    • Losses arising from suspension or termination of the Program.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
  • Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
