You know carbon composites - those lightweight and ultrastrong materials? They are awesome. That's why aviation wants them (lighter planes = less fuel!), automotive wants them, wind turbines want them, and even prosthetics want them. But, as ChatGPT would say, "here's the kicker" 😉 Testing these materials is a pain. A Big Pain. So big that it gets in the way of using them at scale. We didn’t think that made sense. So we’re fixing it. With some cool physics, but a very simple outcome - a sensor gliding over a carbon composite surface, creating a colored map that reveals its hidden secret cracks and flaws. That's the beginning - the hardware.
