Every leftover found new life, transforming into something more valuable. Our journey started with the aim of re-imagining these resources from vinegar production through a zero-waste model. That’s how Fermente Bahçem was founded on the principles of circular economy and sustainability. Our registered sub-brand, PROBİANA, sees the valuable compounds in by-products as biological treasures and transforms them into functional products through a unique process. This is how Fermente Bahçem was born: bringing tradition together with innovation, creating natural and functional products that respect both people and the planet.
