We implement the poverty graduation model: hands-on training, startup capital, coaching, and market linkages centered on sustainable papyrus harvesting and wetland restoration (agrinovaecohub.com). We work with the local community to conserve and restore peatlands/wetlands by harvesting old typha, cyperus, and other related vegetation, and we work with the community for weaving and handcrafting quality plastic alternative materials.
