Manufacturers generate vast amounts of operational data every day, yet many still struggle to answer simple questions: Where are we losing time? Where are we losing money? Where are we wasting energy and materials? At Inshira Technologies, we're developing a manufacturing intelligence platform that transforms existing operational data into actionable insights for productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. Over the past few months, we've been working closely with Bridges Electrical Engineers, conducting operational diagnostics, Gemba walks, leadership workshops, and staff interviews to better understand the challenges manufacturers face on the shop floor. One thing has become clear: the biggest opportunities for improvement are often hidden in plain sight. Our mission is to help manufacturers uncover those opportunities, prioritise action, and achieve measurable operational and environmental improvements without expensive infrastructure changes.
