I am looking to help an underserved and often under tapped group of potential employees. People with hidden skills and talents that get sucked into a world of crime and desperation due to their criminal backgrounds. I am also looking for companies, individuals and employers willing to overlook the checkered pasts of the many felons in the United States.
I am developing a job search app for felons. I call it… Felon Friendly… I aim to connect felons with hopefully either their next step to total freedom or their forever employment home. Break the chains of the criminal justice system and prove to themselves and the world that they are more than their rap sheet!
