Total eclipse… why do we, as human beings, need special events to begin a new habit, a project, or a change?
Are we not capable of applying the whole “new year, new life” philosophy every day?
I know there is something special about rituals. But perhaps, for that very reason, we should ritualise our everyday lives a little more.
I still cannot believe I was able to experience this eclipse like this: no long trips, no tickets, no glasses, because I did not need to look directly at the Sun. I was fascinated, and honestly grateful, to watch the whole landscape around me changing colours.
Just remember one thing:
every day you open your eyes is a new opportunity to take action.
Do not waste it.
