Regenerative Growth Technologies is raising a $1M pre-seed round on a SAFE with a $4M valuation cap and a 15% discount.
We are building on-farm biofertilizer systems that help farmers turn organic waste into a useful crop input. Our goal is to reduce fertilizer costs, improve farm-level resilience, and give growers more control over one of their most volatile expenses.
This round will support the next stage of RGT’s development, including pilot deployments, continued engineering of the RGT Core system, and the validation needed to move toward commercial readiness.
We are looking to connect with investors, strategic partners, and people in agriculture who understand the need for more resilient input systems.
