I research technology adoption patterns. Something unexpected: Gen Z, the most digital-native generation ever, is walking away from screens. Dumbphone purchases up 148%. Two-thirds of younger teens prioritize in-person time over streaming or gaming. The insight driving my current work: the next wave of entertainment technology won't be about more immersion or better screens. It will be about enabling presence and connection in shared physical spaces. Currently developing IP in this space and looking for collaborators who see where this is heading.
