Did you know? South Africa is the most unequal country on earth, with unemployment at 44% nationally and up to 60% in some areas. Yet its youth have been rated as having the highest entrepreneurial potential in Africa. We exist to unlock that potential.
Our Triple E model gives young people everything they need to turn that potential into real outcomes:
🟢 Education — alternative learning pathways and curriculum development
🟢 Experience — coaching, competitions, and hands-on projects
🟢 Exposure — conferences, networking, and global partnerships
Through our "Be a Nelson" movement, we select, develop, and connect young entrepreneurs through a structured growth journey, from personal development to community impact programmes.
Since 2019, we have been building and proving this model on the ground across South Africa, with the ambition to scale nationally.
