Uprise Energy — Introducing the Mobile Power Station
We've built the world's first commercially sized mobile wind turbine — a complete nanogrid that generates, stores, and delivers clean power wherever it's needed.
The Mobile Power Station (MPS) combines a 12kW wind turbine with up to 200kWh of LFP battery storage and an 18kW inverter — enough sustained output to power a small medical clinic, a construction site or community, or provide backup for critical facilities. It tows behind a ¾-ton pickup, ships in a standard container, and one person can deploy it in under an hour without site prep or heavy equipment.
That level of portability has never existed at commercial scale before.
Our proprietary innovations — including "Dancing with the Wind" adaptive control — dramatically improve performance in low wind conditions, increasing energy density and reducing the cost per kilowatt-hour to a fraction of diesel's operating cost. The result is reliable, renewable power that's economically viable for temporary deployments, edge-of-grid applications, or permanent off-grid installations.
The MPS works as a standalone system, connects behind the meter to existing grids, or networks with other units and generation sources in microgrids. It's been validated through partnerships with the California Energy Commission, NREL, MIT, Amazon, and the UK's ZE-Gen program in remote Fijian communities. The Climate Exchange (CLIX) named it one of the Top 10 innovations shaping the future of energy.
If you're working on resilient infrastructure, distributed generation, or scalable clean energy solutions, we'd welcome the conversation.
