Butterfly Air is an innovative and patented Indoor & Outdoor Air Quality (AQ) monitoring system including a suite of beautifully designed hardware with integrated software and engaging narrative that has been developed at Imperial College London over the past 4 years. Our highly qualified UK team has engineered a new standard of accuracy and reliability which meets and exceeds the international WELL standard for buildings. Our unique swappable sensor pod means Butterfly IAQ system continually meets the WELL standard with a ‘circular’ solution for annual re-calibration. Butterfly IAQ data is consistent and trustworthy, providing for integration and optimisation with air purification technologies and HVAC systems to deliver >40% energy savings in buildings. All clients will be provided with access to their data via our bespoke App which gives real time data & trend information. The latest addition is the Butterfly ‘ Barometer’ - an AI enhanced and game changing dashboard which synthesises WELL accredited IAQ + OAQ data sets to deliver easy to understand & relevant health indicators in accordance with WHO guidelines Our products are manufactured in the UK to matchless standards of quality to ensure long term durability and service. In collaboration with a leading manufacturer, we have developed a special butterfly tailored product made from recycled post consumer plastic waste. The impact of using this tactile material significantly lowers our carbon footprint to 49% ( compared to using virgin plastic)
