Back to Gaia is the first collecting society organisation designed for animals and plants. We recognise nature as a source of creativity, inspiration, and innovation. Our mission is to raise awareness of nature’s role in human works, inventions, and businesses. We collect voluntary royalties from artists, inventors, creators, and companies inspired by nature. These contributions are then redistributed to projects that protect animals, plants, and ecosystems. Through this model, we give nature a voice and tangible support. We promote a more ethical and responsible approach to creativity and intellectual property. Back to Gaia connects IP law, sustainability, art, science, and environmental protection. Our positive impact is to turn recognition into real resources for nature. Our ultimate aim is to help reshape IP and copyright law, so that nature’s contribution to human creativity can be recognised and protected
