We’re creating a thinking lab in Zürich - a space where scientists and engineers explore life’s complexity together, beyond disciplinary boundaries.
Biology is our meeting ground. It’s where physics, chemistry, computation, and philosophy converge to ask new kinds of questions: How does life organize itself? What patterns make it resilient, adaptive, intelligent?
We’re a thinking lab for interdisciplinary research, where participants prototype ideas, model theories, and explore living systems hands-on. Through talks, collaborative experiments, and research hackathons, we give unconventional research the space and community it needs to grow.
Currently hosted at ETH Zürich’s Student Project House, Bloom Lab operates independently, cultivating collaboration across fields.
