Our innovation lies in converting farm waste–derived silica into engineered binders that deliver strength with a fraction of cement’s carbon footprint.

Continuing from our previous post ,where we discussed the problem, now coming to our story of finding the solution…. What if the thing we were burning was actually the thing we were missing? Our research started with a simple question. What exactly is rice husk made of? Turns out, it’s rich in silica. And silica just happens to be one of the most critical ingredients in cement. That moment changed everything. Instead of seeing rice husk as waste, we started seeing it as a resource. A building block. A raw material for the future. That’s how Kisankrete was born. By replacing traditional cement components with rice husk–derived silica, we created a material that: • Is more fire resistant • More acid resistant • And stronger for long-term durability, proven through our tests But we didn’t stop at performance. We fixed the process too. Our entire production runs on renewable energy. That alone cuts emissions by nearly 90% compared to conventional cement. And unlike traditional concrete, Kisancrete needs no water for curing. In a world running out of water, that matters more than people realize. So now the loop closes: • Farmers no longer need to burn crop waste • Cement gets a massive carbon reduction • Construction gets a climate-resilient material • And housing becomes cleaner, smarter, and future-ready Kisankrete isn’t just an alternative to cement. It’s a response to a world that’s changing faster than our materials ever have. #Decarbonisation #CircularEconomy #GreenAlternatives #CementReplacement

India feeds the world with rice. But every season, we burn what’s left behind. Rice husk. Mountains of it. Farmers don’t burn it because they want to. They burn it because they have no choice. No system. No alternative. And the smoke doesn’t stay in the farms. It travels. Into cities. Into our lungs. Into our future. At the same time, the planet is getting louder. More floods. More heatwaves. More disasters. Nature is clearly telling us that the way we build and consume has to change. And then there’s concrete. The boon of infrastructure. But also one of the biggest emitters of carbon emissions (8% of the total global emissions) We rely on it for everything, yet it quietly damages everything. So we’re stuck with three massive problems: • Crop waste that’s burned and wasted • Pollution that keeps rising • A construction industry that desperately needs to go green Different industries. Different pain points. But what if they were all connected? What if one solution could solve all three? #Decarbonisation #CircularSolutions #GreenBuildings #EarthsprintSolutions
