Peadar Duffy

Founded by Judge Prof Mervyn King, Carolynn Chalmers and Peadar Duffy in 2022 provides low cost, fast track, Sustainability Management Systems (SMS) implementations for all types and sizes of organisations. We have curated an evergreen Playbook of practices and controls which currently equates to well over 1,000 pages in A4 terms. We are an NGO with a 10 million people sustainability capacitation mission which we are achieving through an AI tech enabled Platform which houses our Playbooks. We have partnered with the Pan African Federation of Accountants (PAFA) and launched a Pilot across 14 African countries in Jan ’26 and have 700 English speaking accountants currently registered to the Platform of which nearly 400 will be certified over the next 2-3 months, with another 200 registering from French and Portuguese speaking countries. We are transitioning the Pilot of nearly 1,000 accountants to a Full Roll out with an ambition of capacitating 200,000 accountants and 700,000 non-accountants across Africa between now and 2030. We have commenced discussions with other accounting and non-accounting organisations beyond Africa as part of our Global Public Interest Mission We are seeking financial support to fund: · The Transition the PAFA Pilot to a fully funded roll out over a period of 12 months, · Full Roll out across all 24 participating PAOs across Africa, · Extension to other geographies in partnership with PAFA sister organisations.
