live and in living color — hi hi 👋 finally on INSPIRED. here to talk cybersecurity, ask weird questions, and maybe build something cool 👀 if that’s your thing, we’ll get along just fine.
i’ve been sitting with this question lately: how can cybersecurity — a field known for being exclusive, expensive, and overwhelmingly complex — actually serve society? the more i work in this space, the more i feel pulled toward a different model: one where great security isn’t a luxury. it’s just built better. curious — what would you build if your goal was to make security powerful, sleek, and actually usable by… everyone? let’s talk. we might just find the blueprint together.
why does it feel like the best security tools are only built for the companies with 7-figure budgets? not every org is massive. not every team has a SOC. but every team deserves to be safe. period. yes — if you pay, you should get serious power, advanced control, the whole toolkit. but that shouldn’t mean the rest get left with “freemium vibes and good luck.” we need a model where: ✅ those who pay get exactly what it’s worth ✅ everyone else still gets real, usable security — not just a login screen because if only the rich get to be secure… then none of us really are.
saas overload is real every company loves to say they’re “cloud-native” but what that usually means is: ✅ dozens of SaaS tools ❌ zero idea if they’re actually set up right CASBs try, but they’re clunky. every app speaks its own weird language. “best practices” feel more like folklore than standard. the result? your SaaS security posture is basically a patchwork quilt of hope and vibes. so — what’s the hardest part for you when it comes to actually keeping posture in check across tools?
what’s the one thing you wish existed to keep your SaaS setups actually secure? not basics — i mean the messy stuff: weird configs, ghost access, audit logs that tell you nothing. asking for… reasons 👀
been cooking up something for a while — now i need some brains on it. cybersecurity folks, app tinkerers, paranoid thinkers: i’ve got questions. you’ve probably got opinions. let’s make something out of it 👀
