As kids we are laughing about 400 times a day. As we grow older, that number is reduced to only 15 times on average. What do you think does laughter do to our mental state?
This is a topic that needs more attention. We have the ability to shift our mental state from stressed to relaxed in only 60 Seconds at the time. We should relearn this superpower we had as kids and introduce it back into our daily lives. 😀
