Organic waste in landfills is a massive source of methane, but we are turning that environmental liability into a scalable solution for Kenya’s food system. We are working to close the loop on agriculture by leveraging precision bio-conversion technology. Instead of traditional waste management, we operate a controlled bio-reactor ecosystem that optimizes the lifecycle of the Black Soldier Fly (BSF). By fine-tuning climate conditions and feed substrates, we rapidly upcycle municipal and agricultural waste into premium, sustainable protein and fat. This data-driven approach allows us to maximize yields far faster than traditional agriculture, creating a resilient, locally manufactured alternative to expensive imported soy and rapidly depleting fishmeal. Every ton of our BSF protein directly combats the overfishing of Lake Victoria while actively reducing municipal carbon footprints. By providing local livestock and aquaculture farmers with affordable, high-quality feed, we are lowering their operational costs and bolstering regional food security. We are currently scaling these operations and are eager to connect with partners and investors who share our vision for a circular, sustainable future in East Africa.
