Sørhagen is a new microgreens venture launching in August 2026. It is rooted in health, quality and regional value creation. We grow premium, nutrient-rich microgreens with a focus on flavor, freshness and visual appeal. The innovation lies in combining sustainable production with modular design, making it easy to scale while maintaining exceptional standards. Through partnerships with local markets and by creating meaningful jobs for youth, Sørhagen aims to deliver more than just good food. Launching August 2026
Here are the first three design drafts for my microgreens product. These images show early concepts for packaging, display and growing modules as I refine a premium, scalable offering.
We have identified strong market potential across Southern Norway and am already in contact with one of the region’s largest farmers’ markets. A meeting is booked with them in August to discuss collaboration and launch opportunities.
Excited to share the process from prototype to market and to build something that brings fresh, local microgreens to more tables in Sør-Norge. Follow for updates.
