Hi all, I thought I'd intro myself to open up more convos, more collab opportunities and more connections, on here - I’m a Melbourne-based founder, AI strategist and venture builder.
I build practical AI decision and workflow systems for businesses rather than generic AI tools and vibe coded dashboards.
Our CONTROL Ops System is designed to stop operational work falling through the gaps between emails, spreadsheets, forms, people & disconnected systems, this helps organisations identify missing information, route tasks to the right person, trigger follow-ups and escalation and give management visibility over what remains unresolved.
I’m now deliberately shifting my attention from creating more concepts to funding, distribution and commercial scale. I’m particularly interested in meeting investors and experienced operators who understand:
- Applied AI
- B2B workflow software
- Enterprise automation
- Decision systems
- Regulated or operationally complex industries
- Pre-seed and seed-stage commercialisation
The strongest connections would bring more than capital. I’m particularly interested in people who can contribute through:
- Enterprise distribution
- Channel partnerships
- Commercialisation experience
- Access to enterprise buyers
- Scaling B2B technology businesses
- Taking early commercial validation into repeatable sales
The focus is, “How do we turn the strongest use cases into repeatable deployments, distribution partnerships and scalable revenue?”
I bring a strong Australian SME and industry network, hands-on commercialisation experience and a portfolio of working applied-AI concepts rather than slide-deck-only ideas. I can also be useful to investors, founders and operators looking for practical ways to move AI concepts into:
- Real business workflows
- Market testing
- Commercial pilots
- Automation architecture
- Product development
- Go-to-market
- Commercial deployment
