πΏ Strengthening Youth Voices in Central Province! πΏ
Today, our Pacific Regional Representative for the Commonwealth Students Association (CSA) & CYPAN Country Representative joined youth leaders from Central Province, Hiri, and Vanapa Brown LLGs at the Laloki Nursing College Hall to discuss and advocate for the establishment of a Central Provincial Youth Council.
Representing CSA,and the Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network (CYPAN), the engagement focused on empowering young people to take part in decision-making through structured youth representation.
Starting from Ward Youth Councils, to District Youth Councils, and finally to the Provincial Youth Council, the discussion was insightful and forward-looking, as the Central Province Youth Coordinator, Mr. Joseph K, highlighted the importance of building strong, connected youth networks at every level.
βThe enthusiasm and leadership shown by Central youths are inspiring. Weβre committed to supporting their efforts toward forming a provincial youth council,β said the CSA Pacific Representative.
β¨Together, we continue empowering young people to lead, connect, and create positive change across Papua New Guinea.
