The NDIS supports ~660k Australians with disability but providers are buried under compliance overhead - plan interpretation, progress notes, billing rules, audit trails. Support coordinators spend more time on admin than on participants.
We built the NDIS Ops Copilot as a KAOS application: an operations layer that sits alongside support workers, interprets plans against the Price Guide, drafts compliant progress notes, flags billing anomalies before they become audit findings, and exposes its reasoning so nothing is a black box.
The thesis: AI in health and disability services should reduce coordination debt, not add another dashboard. Real-time self-observation (what did the model do, why, with what confidence) is non-negotiable in regulated environments.
