Weekend read-through of a client's "AI roadmap" turned into the same finding as the last five: The roadmap is a tools list. It's not a roadmap. A real AI roadmap answers four questions before it names a single vendor: 1. What decisions are we trying to accelerate or automate, and who owns them today? 2. What signal has to reach the decision point, from where, and in what state? 3. What writes back — and where does the audit trail live? 4. What breaks if the model is wrong, and how does a human intervene? If you can't answer all four on a single page, adding AI will just make your org faster at being confused. This is exactly what the c51 early-access cohort maps in the first two weeks. A few Q2 seats still open. c51consulting.com #AIRoadmap #DecisionArchitecture #c51
