Hi there 👋🏻 I’m Floriane, the Founder of Codressing. I’m French, moved to Berlin for my studies, and wrote my master’s thesis on the sharing economy in fashion — the spark that started it all. Then I met my Italian boyfriend… so going back to France to build the company was no longer an option. So I did it the bold way: I launched Codressing alone, in a country where I barely spoke the language. I found a store in the city center, built the website, and just went for it. It was never easy — and yes, Codressing may not be the flashiest or most “innovative/trendy” concept. But it answers a real need. The first orders came from local communities to the other side of the world — from second-hand pieces purchases to rentals for red carpets, singers’ performances, movies, weddings, company parties, and everyday life. Today, as a solo founder, I’m ready for the next step: opening a second store, reducing CO₂ emissions even further, and finally enlarging the team.
