One of the hardest parts of being innovative is that you need to educate the market. I learned the hard way that you can't assume your customers understand the technology well enough to spot a breakthrough idea. This means we spend a lot of time on market education and crafting simplified messages.So this year, I've been actively posting videos on our YouTube channel, and it's working very well. www.youtube.com/@kiraa_ai This has significantly driven awareness, and inquiries, and is giving us leads that would be otherwise impossible. I would encourage other innovators to invest in general-purpose content creation to help ensure customers are educated in the points you feel are important.
