My name is Errol Brandt, and I'm the founder of @kiraa.insp.social .
I'd like to share a bit of background to explain how I came up with this idea, and why it's so important to me.
I am building Kiraa because I learned, through the sudden death of my colleague Fred, how catastrophic knowledge loss can paralyse an entire organisation.
I've spent my career automating analytics for companies such as Nestle and Amcor, fixing broken systems and searching for better ways to generate analytics.
Fred’s passing exposed just how fragile enterprise knowledge really is, and it revealed the deeper purpose behind everything I had been doing.
Kiraa exists to ensure no business is ever left vulnerable again, by transforming scattered organisational knowledge into fast, safe, sovereign intelligence that helps people act with confidence, clarity and speed.
This company is my answer to a painful truth: when knowledge disappears, businesses stall and people suffer. I am building Kiraa so that what happened with Fred never happens again.
That's the beauty of Kiraa.

One of the hardest parts of being innovative is that you need to educate the market. I learned the hard way that you can't assume your customers understand the technology well enough to spot a breakthrough idea.
This means we spend a lot of time on market education and crafting simplified messages. So this year, I've been actively posting videos on our YouTube channel, and it's working very well.

This has significantly driven awareness, and inquiries, and is giving us leads that would be otherwise impossible.
I would encourage other innovators to invest in general-purpose content creation to help ensure customers are educated in the points you feel are important.
I'd be happy to share my experience with other innovators on how to set up a YouTube channel.
Please connect with me and I'm happy to jump on a call.
