You can check out the Performance Without Toxicity exhibition for free at The Mills Fabrica innovation gallery called FABRICA X, London. With just over two weeks remaining before it closes on 26 June, it's a great opportunity to explore the future of materials, circular design, and healthier manufacturing.
The exhibition has four key areas:
🎾 Reimagining Materials: explores alternatives from plastic which is often found in sports apparel.
🧪 Greener Chemistries: looks at how high performance clothing doesn’t need toxic chemical treatments.
♻️ Beyond Durability: explores designing for longevity, repair and circular systems.
👟 Future Footwear: rethinks how footwear is designed and produced.
This was honestly such an inspiring look at the future of sportswear, showing that high-performance gear doesn’t need to come at the cost of our health or the environment!
