Most companies are still building teams for a world that doesn’t exist anymore.
Fixed roles. Fixed departments. Fixed paths.
But how does that make sense when the work changes every month?
When new tools drop every week?
When a person can learn more on YouTube in 3 days than from a manager in 3 months?
Still, we’re expected to stay in the same seat, with the same tasks, just because that’s what the org chart says.
Maybe the problem isn’t the people.
Maybe it’s the structure.
Too stiff to evolve. Too slow to keep up.
I don’t think we need more managers.
We need systems where people can move, grow, and actually bring their full potential to different places.
Static teams in a dynamic world just don’t make sense anymore.
