I’m looking for someone to build a real product together, not just an idea.
The concept, design, and structure are already taking shape — now it’s time to turn it into something people can actually use.
I’d love to connect with someone who’s into frontend or full-stack development (React, TypeScript, Supabase, or similar), and interested in AI, automation, and clean design.
If you’re the kind of person who likes building things from scratch and shaping both the product and the vision,
let’s talk 👇

Most companies are still building teams for a world that doesn’t exist anymore.
Fixed roles. Fixed departments. Fixed paths.
But how does that make sense when the work changes every month?
When new tools drop every week?
When a person can learn more on YouTube in 3 days than from a manager in 3 months?
Still, we’re expected to stay in the same seat, with the same tasks, just because that’s what the org chart says.
Maybe the problem isn’t the people.
Maybe it’s the structure.
Too stiff to evolve. Too slow to keep up.
I don’t think we need more managers.
We need systems where people can move, grow, and actually bring their full potential to different places.
Static teams in a dynamic world just don’t make sense anymore.
We still measure work in hours, as if productivity depended on time spent, not value created.
We still reward presence over results.
We still force people into rigid structures, even when technology offers flexibility.
We still expect humans to behave like machines, while machines are becoming more human.
The world has changed. Work hasn’t.
Maybe it’s time to rebuild the system.
Not just to optimize it, but to make it make sense again.
What would your ideal work model look like? 📈
We often talk about European values: balance, transparency, sustainability.
But what about European ambition?
While the US leads in AI and China dominates cloud infrastructure, Europe is still hesitating.
Too slow, too fragmented, too focused on regulating instead of building.
We need to wake up.
We need to invest in talent, in open platforms, in ethical innovation, not just reactive legislation.
Being European in tech should mean something more than just compliance.
It should mean building differently, but not falling behind.
Let’s design systems rooted in our identity, but ready for the world.
What kind of innovation do you think Europe should champion?
