Most people do not really know where their food comes from. Eidskog Vilt in Matrand, Norway, has complete control over the entire process, from the woods all the way to the consumer. Everything is processed locally, without unnecessary intermediaries. No artificial addititves are used, and the farm actively works to reduce water consumption and ensure full traceability. This is an example of real sustainability, not just a marketing label. Through Reddiksen, we want to make food producers like Ketil more visible and more accessible, so that more people can buy directly from the source.
